Farm lentils
 |
Ingredients:
Farm lentils, 400g. - sausages of Norcia 400g - 1 litre of
water - celery - two cloves of garlic - two spoons of extra
virgin olive oil - salt and pepper. |
Preparation:
Boil the lentils slowly (20/30 min) in a skillet (if
possible, made of "terracotta") in a litre of water
containing the celery and garlic. Add salt, pepper and the
sausages, which have been previously roasted. Let the flavours
of this mixture develop on a low flame, then serve.

lentils don't need to be soaked.'
